Dawlish Carnival

We would like to thank all our customers that came down over carnival week, we had a great week with a wonderful atmophere, watch this space for the photo's.

May we introduce ourselves :  

We are Peter and Denise Otterwell and we opened Home Kitchen in March 2009, a café in Dawlish, Devon .  When Peter was diagnosed a coeliac some years ago we both found shopping for food, time consuming and exasperating. 

We experimented at home with all our favourite recipes, changing ingredients to make them wheat and gluten free. 

We found it difficult to eat out with family or friends.  The frustration of being made to feel ‘odd’ or ‘awkward’ when trying to explain the needs of a coeliac to an uninformed waiter made us take action and open Home Kitchen.

A coeliac or wheat intolerant customer can visit Home Kitchen with his family, knowing he can eat safely. 

Our Service

We want to make sure you know exactly what you are getting, so here are some details before you purchase, all of our goods are dispatched frozen, they are sold in quantities of one unless stated, we have A FIXED DELIVERY CHARGE OF £5.00 this does not cover the cost of dispatching the goods so we have set a MINIMUM ORDER OF £20.00(this is excluding Taster Packs). We will also send you an e-mail the day before dispatch to give you time to organise someone to receive the delivery as it needs to be delivered and stored within approximately 30hrs and we cannot take responsibility for failed delivery so PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE IS THERE AS THE GOODS WILL SPOIL
